The Alacritech Customer Support team is available to give assistance on any Alacritech product technical issues that you may have. Customers can access product support via the Customer Care Center.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Alacritech products come with a limited lifetime warranty. Alacritech will perform the following at no charge during the life of the Product(s):

Software (Driver)

  • Provide support for current driver release, plus the two prior driver releases.
  • Provide workarounds and bug fixes for problems that prevent Product(s) from operating/functioning as advertised.

    Note: A fix may require upgrading to the latest released driver

Hardware

  • Repair or replace a defective Product(s) with a like Product(s).
  • Defective Product(s) will be exchanged on a one-for-one basis.
  • Replacement parts may or may not be new material.
  • No parts will be replaced without an RMA number.
