Before installing on second generation HP NAS products, users are advised to read and follow HP Customer Advisory OC030826_CW01
 
We would like add the following:

• This CA applies to all 2nd generation b2000/b3000/e7000 HP NAS products, and may apply to DL380G3 and DL580G2 general purpose servers as well.
• The most common symptom of this problem is that the message NetBIOS service disabled appears for some or all interfaces when ipconfig /all is run. However, in some cases this message will not appear. Other symptoms are that ping may work, but other NetBT services, e.g., name resolution or joining a domain, may fail.
