San Jose, Calif. — November 16, 2005 — Alacritech® Inc., the innovator of Dynamic TCP Offload™ technology that enables scalable networked systems, today announced it has signed a five-year lease for a new, expanded facility for its San Jose-based corporate headquarters. Alacritech’s new headquarters will be located at 1995 North First Street, San Jose, California. Alacritech’s entire San Jose-based staff, executive briefing center and technical labs will relocate to the building in mid-December. The company’s new site is a few blocks from its current headquarters at 234 East Gish Road.
