Larry Boucher
Larry Boucher founder, president and chief executive officer of Alacritech, has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in Silicon Valley. Mr. Boucher is a recognized leader in the areas of server adapter, storage and networking technologies. Prior to Alacritech, Mr. Boucher was founder, chief executive officer and a director of Auspex Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of network file servers, where he pioneered the networked file system design that is the basis of today's network-attached storage (NAS) model. Prior to Auspex, he founded Adaptec, Inc. was its CEO for six years, and served as a member of its Board of Directors until 2001. Previously, he was director of design services at Shugart Associates, where he conceived the idea of the SCSI interface and authored its initial specifications. (more info)

Esther Lee
Esther Lee joined the company in 1997 as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Alacritech, Ms. Lee was chief financial officer at Auspex Systems, Inc. Previously, she was vice president of finance and corporate controller at Domain Technology. Both companies successfully transitioned from private to public companies during Ms. Lee's tenure.

Richard Blackborow
Richard Blackborow joined the company in 1998 as director of engineering, and has been vice president of engineering since 1999. Mr. Blackborow has over 20 years of management experience in product development engineering. This includes four years at Quantum Corporation as director of advanced product development and seven years at Plus Development Corporation in various management and director-level positions.

Russell Lait
Russell Lait joined the company as vice president of operations in 1999. Mr. Lait was most recently vice president of operations at Auspex Systems, Inc. During his 11 years with the company, he held a variety of positions in engineering and manufacturing.

Doug Rainbolt
Doug Rainbolt joined the company in 2006 as vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Rainbolt brings nearly twenty years of sales and marketing experience to the role. He spent seventeen years at Tektronix, filling a number of senior roles in Finance, Sales, and Marketing. He also served as vice president of switch products with McDATA, as vice president and general manager with Brocade Communications, and as a senior director with Exabyte, leading its European business segment.
