Larry Boucher
Larry Boucher founded the company in 1997 and has served as president and chief executive officer since then. Mr. Boucher was founder, chief executive officer and a director of Auspex Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of network file servers, where he pioneered the networked file system design that is the basis of today's network-attached storage (NAS) model. Prior to Auspex, he founded Adaptec, Inc. was its CEO for six years, and served as a member of its Board of Directors until 2001. Previously, he was director of design services at Shugart Associates, where he conceived the idea of the SCSI interface and authored its initial specifications.
John East
John East is the president/CEO of Actel. Prior to joining Actel in 1988, Mr. East was a senior vice president at AMD, where he was responsible for the Logics Products Group and has held various marketing, engineering and management positions at Raytheon Semiconductor and Fairchild Semiconductor. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration degree from University of California, Berkeley.
Barry Lynn
Barry Lynn is the president and CEO of Be eXcel Management, Inc., with over 35 years of experience in information technology, financial services and the securities industry. Barry also serves as Chairman of Callixa Corporation, Director of Attune Systems, Director of Layer 7 Technologies, Chairman of 3TERA, Inc., Advisor to Primitive Logic, Eurekify and Certagon; and, Principal of Where Eagles Soar. He has also served as director of publicly traded Merant (NASDAQ: MRNT).
Bill Moore
Bill Moore is an independent management consultant. He served as president of Biomation, the company that pioneered the logic analyzer. Prior to Biomation, he served as president of Outlook Technology, Inc., a company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of digital test instrumentation. He was also a director of Dionex, Inc. and American XTAL Technology, Inc.
Ferrell Sanders
Ferrell Sanders is a partner at Alloy Ventures (previously Asset Management Co.), a venture capital firm, based in Palo Alto, CA.. Prior to joining Alloy, he helped form several new start-ups. He was the founding president of Komag, Drivetec and Transimage. From 1974-1980, he was vice president of marketing and sales at Shugart Associates.
